What it keeps

Every run, sealed.

Each Bit run leaves events behind: started, completed or failed. Each event is stored with the hash of the event before it.

Append-only

Events are added, never rewritten. A change to an old event breaks every hash after it.

A chain per workspace

Each workspace gets its own chain, so you can check exactly your own history.

Re-verify yourself

A verify function recomputes every hash and tells you where the chain breaks, if it does.

Next to the result

The proof of a run sits beside the result it belongs to, under the same execution ID.

Try it

See a chain break.

The homepage runs a real SHA-256 chain in your browser. Change one record and re-verify to see what the Evidence Vault catches. Open the demo →
